The rules for using this website — including the things this site is explicitly not: insurance advice, an offer of securities, or a guarantee about anybody’s safety.
1. These terms
This website at aiabs.co is operated by AIABS Research and Services Pvt Ltd
(“AIABS”), a private limited company registered in India. By using the site you accept these terms. If you
do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Use of the Sakshya driver app, the fleet console, the manager app or the partner API is governed by the separate agreement or in-product terms that apply to that product, and by any master services agreement between AIABS and a fleet or insurer customer. Where those terms and these differ, those terms govern for that product.
2. The content here is informational
Everything on this site is published for general information about AIABS and Sakshya. It is not professional advice of any kind, and in particular it is not:
- Insurance advice or an insurance product. AIABS is not an insurer, an insurance broker or an insurance intermediary. It does not sell, underwrite, solicit or advise on insurance, and nothing here is a quote, an offer of cover or a recommendation about any policy.
- An offer of securities. Nothing on this site — including the investor pages — constitutes an offer, invitation, advertisement or solicitation to subscribe for or purchase any securities in AIABS, nor an inducement to enter into any investment activity. Any investment would be made by private placement to identified persons under applicable Indian law and documented separately.
- A safety guarantee. Driver-risk scores, alerts and coaching are analytical outputs. They support human judgement; they do not replace it, and they do not make any journey safe.
3. Forward-looking statements and figures
Some statements here describe intentions, roadmaps and expectations rather than present facts. Product capabilities are labelled Live, Built, Designed or Planned so you can tell which is which, and we do not upgrade a label without checking the system behind it. Even so, plans change and timelines slip; nothing here is a commitment that a Designed or Planned capability will ship, or ship on time.
Market sizes, growth rates and road-safety statistics are attributed to their published sources (including MoRTH, IRDAI, IBEF and IMARC Group) and are reproduced for information. We do not warrant those third-party figures. Any serviceable-obtainable-market figure is our own bottom-up projection and is not a forecast of results.
Interface images and API payloads shown on this site are illustrative. They use representative or simulated data and are not screenshots of any customer’s live account.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, diagrams and the arrangement of them — is owned by AIABS or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law. Sakshya™, AIABS and KYD are trademarks of AIABS Research and Services Pvt Ltd.
You may read, print and quote reasonable extracts for your own non-commercial evaluation, provided you attribute them to Sakshya by AIABS and do not alter their meaning. You may not otherwise copy, republish, mirror, frame, scrape, or use the content to train a machine-learning model, or use our names or marks, without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; probe, scan or test its security other than as permitted by our responsible disclosure policy; introduce malicious code; place unreasonable load on the service; or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, abusive content or anyone else’s personal data.
6. External links
Where we link to another site — a source for a statistic, a founder’s professional profile, or a regulator — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIABS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, and the only data we receive from you is what you type into the contact form.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
